Built Small,
on Purpose

Most brokerages measure success in headcount. We measure it in the trust of a few hundred families who let us handle the largest transactions of their lives.

Our Story

From One Desk on Main Street

Haven & Co. began in 2011 with a single desk above an Old Town gallery, a rolodex of architects, and founder Marisol Vega's conviction that Scottsdale's finest homes were being sold like commodities.

Fifteen years later we remain deliberately boutique — four agents, one office, and a book of business built almost entirely on referral. We decline more listings than we accept, because every home we represent carries our name as plainly as it carries the seller's.

That restraint is our advantage. It is why our average listing sells in eighteen days, and why nearly half of our transactions never touch the public market.

What Guides Us

Values We Won't Negotiate

Discretion First

Quiet marketing, private showings, and airtight confidentiality. Your sale is news only if you want it to be.

Evidence Over Instinct

Every price we recommend is built from appraisal-grade comps and absorption data — never wishful thinking.

Local to the Lot Line

We work one market and know it street by street — soil, schools, view corridors, and the HOA fine print.

Principal-Level Attention

No hand-offs to junior teams. The agent who wins your trust is the one who answers your calls — including on Sundays.

Craft in Everything

Editorial photography, hand-written notes, staging worthy of a design magazine. Details are the difference.

Relationships, Not Transactions

Over 70% of our business comes from past clients and their families. We plan to earn yours the same way.

Market Expertise

The Corridors We Know Cold

Depth beats breadth. Our practice concentrates on five submarkets where we can quote comps from memory.

i.

North Scottsdale & Silverleaf

Guard-gated estates and hillside custom builds — where view premiums, cut-and-fill limits, and club waitlists decide value.

ii.

Old Town & the Arts District

Lock-and-leave condominiums and walkable pied-à-terre living, minutes from galleries, spring training, and the canal.

iii.

Paradise Valley

Acre-plus lots beneath Camelback and Mummy Mountain — quiet money, tear-down math, and architectural pedigree.

iv.

Arcadia & Arcadia Lite

Citrus-lined streets and ranch renovations where school boundaries and flood-irrigation rights move prices block by block.

v.

Golf & Club Communities

Desert Mountain to Troon North — fairway frontage, membership transfers, and the seasonal rhythms of resort inventory.

Community

Invested Where We Live

Every closed transaction funds our Haven Gives pledge: one percent of company revenue directed to housing stability programs across Maricopa County.

Beyond the pledge, you'll find us sponsoring the Scottsdale Artists' School annual auction, restoring adobe façades with the Old Town Preservation Trust, and coaching youth golf clinics each spring at McCormick Ranch.

We sell the desert lifestyle. Protecting what makes it worth buying into is simply part of the job.
